Why TechBuzz

The case, stated
without adjectives.

Instead of broad adjectives, here are the working practices TechBuzz proposes and the claims we deliberately avoid. Final responsibilities are recorded in each client engagement.

Behaviour, not vocabulary

Delivery risks to avoid — and our proposed approach.

High-volume profile submissions without a stated rationale

A concise shortlist with a written reason for each proposed submission

Frequent hand-offs across an active requirement

A named contact proposed for each active requirement

Unclear ownership of status communication

A written status cadence agreed with the client

Treating a profile database as a complete sourcing plan

A sourcing approach agreed for the role, which may include targeted search and direct outreach

Late discovery of compensation misalignment

Compensation expectations and interest discussed before a proposed submission

Candidate assessments without supporting context

Role-relevant screening with a recorded reason for progressing a profile

Three working principles

Principle 1

Relevance approach

We prefer a smaller, reasoned shortlist to an unsupported volume of profiles.

Principle 2

Requirement ownership

An active requirement is assigned a named TechBuzz contact for coordination and status updates.

Principle 3

Clear communication

Reporting cadence, submission format and known constraints are agreed with the client at the start of the engagement.

Radical honesty

What we don't claim.

Recruitment depends on trust. Stating operating limits clearly helps a client evaluate scope before an engagement begins.

  • We are a young company; incorporation date and operating history should remain part of a client's evaluation.

  • We don't claim clients we haven't served or numbers we haven't verified.

  • Where a requirement is outside our sourcing depth, we decline it rather than improvise.

  • Audited financial history accrues with time; we won't manufacture equivalents.

  • Our public claims are limited to facts and working practices we can substantiate.
