Privacy Policy
TechBuzz Systems Private Limited handles personal data — candidates' careers and clients' hiring plans — as a responsibility, not an asset. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how it's protected.

1. Who we are
TechBuzz Systems Private Limited (“TechBuzz”, “we”, “us”) is a private limited company incorporated in India on 11 February 2026, CIN U78100UP2026PTC243900, with its registered office at 56, Sawarejee, Maharajganj Sadar, Maharajganj, Uttar Pradesh 273303, India. We provide recruitment and hiring-support services to organisations. Questions about this policy or your data: support@techbuzzsystem.com.
2. Data this website collects
This website does not provide public visitor accounts, run advertising pixels or use session recording. It does have a restricted administrative area used by authorised personnel. When one of your enquiry-form submissions is accepted (empanelment, requirement, contact or resume), the information you enter is sent securely to our server and stored in our database so our team can review and respond to your enquiry. Each submission receives a reference number, and we may send you an acknowledgement email using the address you provided.
- Empanelment enquiries: company name, website, contact person, designation, official email, phone, hiring areas, your message, and any optional vendor document you attach.
- Requirement submissions: company and contact details, role title, hiring type, location, work mode, experience, openings, skills, compensation range, notice period, job description text and any JD document you attach.
- Contact enquiries: your name, organisation, email, phone, topic and message.
- Resume submissions: your name, email, phone, location, primary skill/role, experience, expected compensation (optional), message and your resume file. Please do not upload Aadhaar, PAN or other identity documents — your resume is enough.
- Technical metadata: we record the time of submission and the IP address the submission was sent from. This is stored with the enquiry and is used to rate-limit the forms and investigate spam or abuse.
Attachments (resumes, JDs, empanelment documents) are stored on our server outside the public website, with access restricted to authorised TechBuzz personnel through an authenticated administrative interface. We accept PDF, DOC and DOCX files only, up to 8 MB.
3. Data we collect through our services
- Client-side information: company details, contact-person details, requirement specifications and commercial terms — provided by client organisations to enable recruitment delivery.
- Candidate information: resumes/CVs, contact details, employment history, education, skills assessments, interview availability, compensation expectations and references — provided by candidates, clients or another source authorised to provide the information.
- Communications: business correspondence and service notes exchanged separately with clients and candidates, where retained to deliver or document the service.
4. How we use data
- To identify, screen and represent candidates for client mandates.
- To fulfil client requirements and meet agreed service levels.
- To meet legal, tax, statutory and audit obligations.
- To protect against fraud and misrepresentation.
We use the information you submit for recruitment, business communication and related service activities. Candidate information — including your CV and the details in it — may be shared with client organisations where that is required to represent you for a role or to let a client evaluate your profile. That is the purpose of sending us a resume. We do not sell personal data. We limit disclosures to relevant recruitment or service purposes, service providers operating on our instructions, and disclosures required by law.
We also use service providers to run the business — for example e-mail and server hosting. They process data on our instructions only. Information may additionally be disclosed where the law requires it.
5. Lawful basis and consent
We process personal data for the purposes stated in this policy and subject to applicable Indian law. The acknowledgement checkbox records your agreement to website intake processing. Other processing may be necessary to respond to a request, perform a client agreement or meet a legal obligation.
6. Retention
We retain website enquiries, attachments, service records and related correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, an active or prospective engagement, contractual record-keeping, dispute handling, security, or a legal obligation. The current application does not apply an automatic time-based deletion job; an authorised deletion process is required when a record reaches the end of its retention need.
You may request deletion by writing to us. We will review the request and remove data that no longer needs to be retained, subject to applicable legal, contractual, security and dispute requirements.
7. Security
Website submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections in production and stored in an access-controlled database. Uploaded files are stored outside the public website and are reachable only through an authenticated administrative interface. Administrative access is password-protected with rate-limited login, and administrative sign-in attempts are logged. Access to personal data is limited to personnel who need it for delivery. We apply practical safeguards appropriate to a professional-services firm and continue to strengthen controls as the company grows.
8. Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may withdraw consent for further processing. To exercise any right, write to support@techbuzzsystem.com. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable period.
9. Privacy and grievance contact
For privacy questions or grievances, write to the configured Grievance contact for TechBuzz Systems Private Limited at support@techbuzzsystem.com with the subject line “Data Protection — Grievance”. This is the same public contact shown in the statutory disclosure in the footer of every page.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as practices or law evolve. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
