2. No contractual offer by this website

Content on this website describes our company and services in general terms. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer, a commitment to specific service levels, or a recruitment engagement. Services are provided only under written agreements executed between TechBuzz and the client.

3. Forms and submissions

When a form submission is accepted by this website — empanelment, hiring requirement, contact or resume — the information you enter, together with any accepted file you attach, is stored by our server so that our team can review and act on it. You receive a reference number for the accepted submission.

An e-mail notification may also be generated to alert our team, and we may send you an acknowledgement using the address you provide. E-mail is a notification only: the stored record is what we work from, and a submission remains recorded even if an e-mail notification fails to send.

Submitting a form does not by itself create a contract, an empanelment, an assignment or an offer of employment. It starts a business conversation. How we handle the information you send is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not use these forms to send identity documents, financial information or anything you do not want stored.

4. Candidate representation

We represent candidates only for specific, active client mandates, and only with the candidate's knowledge. We never charge candidates any fee at any stage. Individuals claiming to represent TechBuzz who request payment are fraudulent — report them to support@techbuzzsystem.com.

5. Intellectual property

The website content, brand and design are the property of TechBuzz Systems Private Limited. You may reference and link to this site; you may not reproduce substantial portions for commercial purposes without written permission.

6. Accuracy and limitations

We keep website content accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.
