FAQ
Straight answers,
no sales fog.
The questions procurement, HR and TA teams actually ask — answered the way we'd want them answered if we were the client.
Empanelment
Here, empanelment means discussing and completing the steps your organisation requires before it may add TechBuzz to its approved recruitment-vendor list. Submitting our short form starts that discussion; it does not itself create an approved-vendor relationship.
Services & terms
Commercial triggers, percentages, taxes and invoicing terms are defined in the signed MSA before work begins. Success-fee structures may be used for permanent recruitment; contract-role and volume engagements are priced per the agreed requirement.
Working together
Sourcing starts only after we accept the requirement and align on terms. How quickly the first profiles may follow depends on the role, skill availability and market, so no fixed timeline is promised here. The engagement can define how search status and constraints will be communicated.
Company & candidates
Evaluate TechBuzz using its statutory record, onboarding responses and any evidence produced under an engagement. Incorporation date and operating history should remain part of that evaluation.
