How we work

From requirement
to a potential outcome.

This eight-part view illustrates a typical recruitment workflow. The actual sequence, responsibilities, templates and service levels are agreed for each client and may differ.

Your stages, your names

If your process has a different number of stages, we can map the agreed recruitment activities onto your structure.

Your artefacts

Submission, tracker and reporting formats are agreed with the client. TechBuzz's working method does not require a client to adopt new software.

Your visibility level

Tracker access, email updates or review calls can be agreed as part of the reporting cadence.

Next step

Open for empanelment.

Add TechBuzz to your recruitment vendor panel and share your first requirement when ready. We review your empanelment process — documents, terms, service levels and reporting — and confirm the scope we can support.
